lato88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To use lato88's services, you must create an account by completing the registration process. The following conditions govern account registration:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

lato88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. KYC verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal request, and may also be triggered at any time at the platform's discretion for compliance and security purposes.

• Proof of Payment Method: A copy of the bank account passbook, screenshot of e-wallet registration, or other documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accepted methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Source of Funds Declaration: In cases involving high-value transactions, lato88 may request a declaration or supporting documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited.

lato88 may suspend or permanently close any account where KYC documentation cannot be verified, where documents appear to have been altered or falsified, or where the Player fails to respond to verification requests within 14 calendar days.

5.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• lato88 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. All amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to processing times of the relevant bank or e-wallet provider.
• lato88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction charges for which lato88 bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the lato88 account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All accounts must complete KYC verification (Section 4) before the first withdrawal is processed.
• lato88 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for standard requests made to major Indonesian banks and e-wallets. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated on the withdrawal page and vary by payment method.
• lato88 reserves the right to apply a withdrawal fee on accounts where the platform reasonably suspects abuse of the bonus system or where deposit activity has been disproportionately low relative to withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonus funds being fully satisfied prior to withdrawal.

lato88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the lato88 platform:

7.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League, as well as mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market as displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be settled according to lato88's standard settlement rules as published on the platform.
• lato88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were erroneously published due to a technical or human error, provided that the Player could reasonably have identified the odds as incorrect.

7.2 Live Casino & Slots

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not extend to:
